When ordering
carabiner keychains please indicate the
following:
1. Product name
2. Item code/Item Name
3. Quantity
4. Color(s)
5. Blank or custom engraved (see section on
artwork requirements below).
6. When you need them by

8. Sold to address
9. Ship to address if different from sold to
10. Major credit card with exp date. Prepaid
orders by check are also acceptable. For
easy payment, we encourage Paypal. Please
do not send automatically and without
authorization to do so. A PayPal
Money Request Invoice will be sent via email
for a convenient and direct payment.

Custom engraving -
artwork requirements
-Send all artwork to
artwork@carabinerkeychains.com
-Acceptable file formats: .jpg, .tiff, .eps,
.ai or .pdf
-Artwork should be in black and white
-Artwork and any text should be outlined
with any external files included
-Bit map files (ie .tiff) should be at least 300 dpi at
3"
-Learn more about custom

Production and shipping
-Blank orders ship within 2-3 business days;
Custom engraved 10-15 business days
-All orders ship either UPS or Flat USPS
Priority unless
specified otherwise at time order is placed
-Once production has begun on custom
engraved carabiner keychains any changes
incurring additional charges will be billed
to the customer
-Artwork paper proofs for all custom
engraved orders are sent at no charge
Cancellation and returns policy
-Customer is responsible for product already
produced in the event of customer cancellation
-Blank carabiner keychains can be returned
for credit minus a 15% restocking fee
-No returns accepted on custom engraved
carabiners unless carabinerkeycains.com is at
fault. If deemed so we will issue a full
credit
-No returns accepted for either blank or
custom engraved carabiner keychains after 30 days of
being shipped
-All carabiner keychain returns must be accompanied by a return
authorization number provided by one of our
customer service reps.
-Freight and set-up charges are
non-refundable
Samples
-Random samples are available upon
request. $5.00 fee applies per single
sample. Payment method accepted for samples
are Money Orders only and must be prepaid
prior to shipping. Information available
upon request regarding larger quantity
sample orders.
